  • The total number of the charged bonuses within the special offer period is unrestricted.
  • VPS server is granted for the period of 30 calendar days and can be given only to one profile of the client.
  • VPS server service can be renewed automatically provided that, on the expiry of 30 calendar days form the moment of receiving a VPS on offer, there was a replenishment of the account to the amount equal to 100 USD in the next month within the frame of this special offer.
  • VPS server is granted on general conditions of the service use, with an exception of the charge for the first month of use..
  • In case when the period of VPS server on offer use expires, a client can renew the service on general conditions of the service use.
  • The bonus +100% is charged as a credit and is not available for withdrawal.

Upon charging the bonus the trading account balance does not change. The amount of the added bonus funds increases the margin capacity during transactions and thereby allows increasing the trading amount on the trading account.

During the funds withdrawal from the trading account to which the bonus was charged, the proportional deduction of the bonus funds equal to 100% from the withdrawal amount in relation to the charged bonus amount occurs.

During the funds transfer from the trading account to which the bonus was charged, the bonus funds amount is deducted proportionally to the amount of transfer in relation to the charged bonus. Concurrently, the bonus equal to 100% from the amount of the transferred funds is charged to the trading account to which the transfer was performed.

The bonus is not subject to the transfer to the accounts for Binary Options trade..

Additional conditions:

  • The bonus can only be charged in difference between funds replenishment and withdrawal from the trading/ safe accounts that have been replenished during the special offer period and have been performed in the same Personal Cabinet.
  • The Client has the right to refuse from the bonus funds charging and/ or granting the VPS server service . For this purpose, performing the replenishment of the trading account to the amount equal to 100 USD or more, it is necessary to unselect the box in the appropriate fields of the Personal Cabinet.
  • While making a request for the VPS server, please take into account that the deposit amount to which the VPS server has been received cannot be withdrawn earlier than in 30 days from the moment of activating the service. Said otherwise, you cannot receive the service and then withdraw the funds. In such cases, the server will be cut off.
  • Should the special offer conditions abuse is detected, the administration is entitled to cancel the received bonus and/ or VPS server.
  • The bonus cannot be lost. In case of a negative floating profit (Equity) occurrence on the trading account, the margin requirements calculations completely depend on own funds on the account.
  • The bonus is owned by the Company and can be cancelled at any time without any reason given.
  • The Company is entitled to terminate the “Deposit bonus +100% and VPS to a present” special offer at any moment without any reasons given.

Deposit bonus rules:
  1. Bonuses are applied to all trading accounts.
  2. The client has an opportunity to choose the amount of the bonus:
    10%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% on every deposit from 100 USD and more.
    The amounts of deposits are not summed, the bonus can be received only on the one-time deposit (For example, the client deposits 50 USD and 50 USD, this will not be considered as 100 USD and the bonus will not be credited).   3. Special Deposit Bonus rules may take place for some of the payment systems.
  4. The account deposited with less than 100 USD does not participate in the promotion.
  5. The limitations on the maximum bonus amount that can be received are the following:
    10 000 USD is the maximum bonus amount that can be received on one trading account;20 000 USD is the maximum bonus amount that can be received on all the client's trading accounts.
  6. In order to get a bonus the client should mark "Get a Deposit Bonus" in the deposit form of Back Office, choose the bonus amount, read and accept "Deposit Bonus rules" and click "Deposit" button.
  7. The bonus will not be received for the internal transfer between the client's accounts.
  8. The bonus funds are credited to the trading account in the field "Credit" and can be used as additional margin for trading. The detailed information is displayed on the "Received bonuses" page in the client's Back Office.
  9. In order the bonus funds to be transferred from the field "Credit" to the field "Balance" and the funds become available for withdrawal or further trading, it is required to conduct the trading operations in the total volume of:
    < Number of Lots > = < Bonus amount > / 4 for Classic accounts;
    < Number of Lots > = < Bonus amount > / 3 for NDD accounts.
  10. Bonus can be received for every deposit for the sum of 100 USD and more, but in this case the required volume (according to the clause 9 of the present rules) is traded consecutively according to the order of deposits.
  11. The following orders are not considered in the calculation of traded volume:
    orders with the trading result which is less than 3 pips;
    orders closed before the account was deposited to participate in the bonus program.
  12. Until the moment the required volume is traded, only the profit can be withdrawn. To remove the restrictions on the withdrawal of deposited funds, which participate in the promotion, the bonus should be canceled in the "Status" column on the "Received bonuses" page in the Back Office.
  13. Upon the completion of the conditions of the bonus described in the clause 9 of the present rules, it will be automatically transferred from the field "Credit" to the field "Balance" within 2 hours.
  14. The maximum time to trade the required volume is 90 calendar days from the moment of depositing the trading account. After the lapse of the named period, in case the conditions described in the clause 9 of the present rules are not fulfilled, the bonus will be canceled. Bonus may be also canceled prior to the end of the period in case the funds on the trading account of the clients are: Equity ≤ Credit.
  15. Upon the reaching Margin Call level on the trading account, clients do not receive the notification in the trading terminal.
  16. There are no restrictions on the partner revenue share from the trading accounts that participate in the promotions.
  17. The company reserves the right to change, update or cancel this promotion without the prior notification.

Calculations and scenario:

  1. Bonus can be withdrawn from an account after the required lot volume has been traded. The required lot volume is calculated according to the formula below: Credit Bonus amount divided by 2.
  2. To claim the targeted withdrawal hit percentage, clients would need to email support@essencefx.com as soon as they hit each level.
  3. Once claim is done, the claimed amount would be transferred from Credit to Balance of MT4 Trading Account.

 Participation:

Terms and Conditions:

  1.   11. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by the Company Management in a fair manner.
  12. The company is not liable for technical disruptions and/or breaks in the internet connection on the side of the client and any third-party services that can directly or indirectly have an effect on the client’s participation in the promotion.
  13. The concept of latency arbitrage, or to circumscribe the issue of connectivity delay does exist in an OTC market where the Client is buying or selling directly from the principal. The Company does not permit the practice of arbitrage on the Trading Platform.
  14. EssenceFX reserved the full rights and discretion to revoke the Transactions that rely on loopholes or opportunities due price latency arbitrage, without prior notice. Please refer to the “Allowed Trading Methods” on the Legal Document page on the EssenceFX site.
  15. In any case that the clients has forgo the initial steps of claiming the “100% Credit Bonus” before depositing funds in to the account, the client may inform EssenceFX provided that the client account has not done any trades.

Aset yang tersedia pada akun trading yang mengandung bonus, termasuk keuntungan yang dibuat dari perdagangan dibagi menjadi “dana ekuitas” (dana milik klien sendiri) dan “dana milik perusahaan” hingga bonus di transfer ke ekuitas akun.
- Rasio ekuitas klien dihitung sebagai berikut: Ekuitas klien / Total dana.
- Rasio ekuitas dihitung ulang setiap kali operasi perdagangan telah dilakukan (membuka/menutup perdagangan) atau saat operasi balance (penarikan/penyetoran) berlangsung, atau setiap kali bonus dibatalkan, atau di transfer ke ekuitas akun.

Keduanya, ekuitas dan dana bonus dapat digunakan untuk perdagangan tanpa batasan. Dana bonus adalah "drawdown-proof": yang tidak akan dipotong dari akun jika ekuitas klien dibawah level dana bonus hingga Stop out terjadi.
- Pada kasus drawdown berlangsung di akun trading, equitas klien dan dana bonus akan dilihat berdasarkan rasio ekuitas.
- Jumlah keuntungan yang dibuat di akun tersebut dibagi antara ekuitas klien dan dana bonus berdasarkan rasio equitas terbaru.

Ketika klien menarik dana dari akun, penarikan dana diambil dari ekuitas dana klien sendiri, kecuali untuk deposit dana yang diberikan dengan bonus (lihat to p.12).

Penarikan dana terkait akun yang menggunakan bonus aktif dilakukan dengan kondisi sebagai berikut:
1) Jumlah deposit yang diberikan Bonus dapat ditarik hanya setelah bonus telah dibatalkan atau ditransfer ke ekuitas akun.
2) Jumlah dana yang dapat ditarik dengan bebas dihitung sebagai berikut:
3) Ekuitas - jumlah deposit (yang diberikan bonus) - jumlah bonus - keuntungan yang dibuat dari dana bonus + keuntungan yang dibuat dari dana klien sendiri = Dana yang dapat ditarik.

Jika klien memenuhi ketentuan promosi, bonus akan ditransfer dari dana milik perusahaan ke ekuitas akun. Sekali bonus telah menjadi bagian dari ekuitas akun, semua keuntungan yang dibuat menggunakan dana bonus, deposit mengandung bonus, dan bonus itu sendiri, secara bebas dapat ditarik dari akun.

Untuk melakukannya, klien harus melakukan setidaknya 50 transaksi dari total volume minimal 30% dari jumlah dana bonus. Hanya perdagangan yang dilakukan setelah bonus dikreditkan ke akun yang akan diperhitungkan.

- jumlah bonus
- keuntungan yang dibuat menggunakan bonus yang telah di transfer.

Penarikan otomatis tidak dapat melibatkan akun yang bergabung dalam Startup 200%.

Akun Startup 200% tidak dapat digunakan dalam internal transfer.

Jika Stop Out terjadi, semua bonus otomatis dan sepenuhnya dibatalkan dari akun trading klien.

Klien dapat mengurangi bonus kapan saja menggunakan Profil Klien. Dalam hal ini jumlah bonus dan keuntungan yang dibuat menggunakan dana bonus akan ditarik dari akun.
- Jika klien menurunkan bonus selama drawdown, jumlah bonus dan semua keuntungan yang dibuat sebelum nya menggunakan dana bonus akan dibatalkan.
- Jika klien menurunkan bonus setelah transfer selesai, volume yang di pertimbangkan untuk transfer akan dibatalkan, dan tidak dapat digunakan untuk bonus lainnya. Pada saat yang sama, jumlah deposit yang bonus nya telah di batalkan dapat di tarik dengan bebas.

Perusahaan memiliki hak penuh untuk memeriksa hasil perdagangan klien yang dicurigai sebagai kegiatan “berburu bonus” atau tindakan curang lainnya pada dana bonus. Bagian hasil perdagangan yang didapat menggunakan dana bonus akan dibatalkan. Kegiatan perdagangan di akun seperti eksekusi satu perdagangan dengan volume tinggi atau beberapa transaksi dengan volume rendah pada harga yang sama dan pada waktu yang hampir bersamaan, yang merupakan bagian dari sebuah perdagangan yang besar dibagi menjadi kecil, dapat menjadi alasan untuk merevisi hasil. Tidak tersedia riwayat transaksi pada akun sesuai ketentuan. Dalam hal terdeteksi perdagangan serupa demikian, Perusahaan dapat membatalkan bonus sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan awal.

documents (excluding any further or separate arrangement that we may have entered into with
you) are available from our website at trade.zcom (“the Website”), and are effective
as soon as they are posted on the Website.

3. All of our legal documents are available in English, and can be found on the English version of our
corporate website. Translations into other languages are provided for referential purposes only.
For the avoidance of doubt, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistencies or
ambiguities.

Eligibility

4. The Bonus Offer (“the Offer”) is available for Z.com Trade clients who have opened an MT4 Live
Account.

5. The Offer is limited to be redeemed once, on one Live Account per client. Clients with multiple
trading accounts are not eligible to redeem the Offer more than once. Further details of the Offer,
including Withdrawal Requirements and Expiry can be found in subsequent sections of these
Terms and Conditions.

6. Z.com Trade makes the Offer available to any Eligible Client(s) and/or jurisdiction(s) it deems
appropriate, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline the registration of any client
for the Offer. Furthermore, Z.com Trade reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the Offer
who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the operation of the Offer, or breaches these Terms
and Conditions or any of the Agreements and Policies set forth on the Website. Z.com Trade shall
not be liable for any consequences of a cancellation of this Offer, including closing open or
pending orders on any of the trading platforms provided by Z.com Trade.

7. This Offer is not available to employees or family members of employees at Z.com Trade.

8. This Offer can be used in conjunction with the Welcome Bonus offer. Z.com Trade reserves the
right to change the redemption of this Offer in conjunction with the Welcome Bonus and any other
offers, and such changes will be made via a notification on the Website.

9. This Offer is available to clients who hold a Standard Account, as defined in section 11.10 of the
Customer Agreement. Clients who have a Non-Standard Account are not eligible to redeem the
Offer. If an account which was used to redeem the Offer is changed to a Non-Standard Account,
the Offer will be removed from the account.

Offer Redemption Details

10. Eligible Clients are able to receive the Bonus, in accordance with the table below when making a
deposit into their Live Account, by applying for the Offer by the end of the next business day
following the deposit being credited to the their Live Account (herein after referred to as the
“Nominated Deposit”). The Nominated Deposit may only be one deposit, and cannot be applied to
multiple transactions.

11. Clients may apply for the Offer by sending an email to the Z.com Trade Client Services Team at
support.trade.uk@z.com, before the end of the next business day following their deposit being
credited to their Live Account.

12. The Bonus can be withdrawn after the Eligible Client’s trading volume reaches the required
number of lots (on a “one-way” basis) in accordance with the Bonus Received (herein after
referred to as the “Withdrawal Requirement”) as outlined in the tables below, and dependent on
the instrument traded (Forex or Metals, Indices and Commodities products). Only the whole
bonus amount is allowed for withdrawal, and it is not possible to partially withdraw the Bonus.

When an Eligible Client trades a combination of Forex Products and Metals, Indices and
Commodities Products, the Withdrawal Requirement will be calculated on the basis of 9 lots
required for every 1 currency unit of Bonus Received for Forex Products, and 15 lots required for
every 1 currency unit of Bonus Received for Metals, Indices and Commodities Products.

13. The profit derived from the Bonus is eligible for withdrawal. If a withdrawal is made before the
Eligible Client’s Withdrawal Requirement is met, the entire amount of the Bonus Received will be
immediately deducted from the Client’s Live Account.

14. If the Withdrawal Requirement is not met within 3 calendar months after the Nominated Deposit
month, the Bonus will be immediately withdrawn from the Client’s Live Account. For example, if a
Client nominates their deposit in September, the deadline for meeting the Withdrawal
Requirement will be the final business day of December.

15. Upon termination of the period referred to in clause 13, any remaining open positions which are
margined by the Bonus will be closed out after 5 (five) working days. Z.com Trade holds no
responsibility in any losses caused by the closing of open positions in this case.
16. Whereby the Eligible Client has received the Welcome Bonus offer, the Withdrawal Requirement
for both offers shall be counted together, from the point at which the Deposit Bonus has been
credited to the Eligible Client’s account. For example, if an Eligible Client has received a Welcome
Bonus of 30.00 USD and 100.00 USD Deposit Bonus, and subsequently traded 900 lots of FX
products, the Eligible Client shall be considered as meeting the Withdrawal Requirements for both
Offers.

General Terms

17. The Bonus (or part of the Bonus) cannot be transferred between multiple accounts held by the
same Client with Z.com Trade.

18. Z.com Trade reserves the right to change or terminate this Offer at any time and without prior
notice. Any such changes or terminations shall be posted on the Website. All Eligible Clients
participating in this Offer should consult these Terms and Conditions beforehand. Please be
aware that participating in the Offer constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any
changes to the Offer.

19. Z.com Trade reserves the right to revoke a previously credited Bonus from Clients who abuse the
spirit of this offer, including but not limited to, any forms of arbitrage (including arbitrage in
collaboration with other Clients), abuse, manipulation, or any other forms of fraudulent activity so
as to indicate that the Client aims to benefit financially solely from the abuse of this Offer. In these
circumstances, Z.com Trade reserves the right to deduct the Bonus at any time, close out any
open positions which are margined with the Bonus obtained, and either temporarily or
permanently close the account of the Client(s) suspected to, or found to be abusing this Offer.
Under no circumstances shall Z.com Trade be held liable for any consequences of the Bonus
settlement, including, but not limited to, position closure.

20. Z.com Trade will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of trading in relation to this
offer. Trading in leveraged products carries a high level of risk. Your losses may exceed
your initial investment requiring you to make further payments. These products are not

Trading credits are termless and interest-free, and can be used as Equity when effecting forex trading. The obligatory condition for getting a trading credit is an account replenishment with own funds. The amount of credit may be up to 50% of the deposit.


TRADING CREDITS TERMS

  1. Trading Credits are available for the following types of accounts: MT4.DirectFX, MT4.Classic+, cent-MT4.DirectFX, cent-MT4.Classic+;
  2. A trading credit may be received for each deposit and client has the ability to choose the amount of credit at the moment of account replenishment: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% of the deposit;
    An example:
    In case of a USD 1000 deposit, the trader chose 10% as a trading credit. In this case, USD 1100 will be credited to the account, while USD 100 will be reflected in the Credit field.
  3. The sum of active trading credits on all accounts of one client can't exceed USD 10 000 (or an equivalent in another currency);
  4. A trading credit can't be used in a "drawdown" situation and will be automatically cancelled if "Equity" becomes equal or less "Credit". Once the credit was canceled, all positions are closed forcibly (Stop Out).
    An example:
    Trading Credits
    The trader refilled his account for USD 10 000 and got a trading credit in the amount of USD 1000. In case the Equity goes down to level USD 1000 (value in the Credit field), all active trading credits (the Credit field displays the sum of active credits) will be automatically cancelled, and all positions will be closed forcibly.
  5. In case of active trading credits on the account, the amount of funds available for withdrawal is to be calculated using the formula: Available for withdrawal = Free Margin - Credit - Refill amounts for which active credits were given;
  6. To remove the withdrawal restriction, client needs to cancel an active trading credits. This can be done in the Trading credits section of the Personal Area.
  7. Partner receives full amount of payouts for referrals trading turnover, which is done using the trading credits.
